Mariah Brigman - Board Chair

Mariah is working on her Masters in Social work and has a passion for her community and the indigenous needs of cultural healing. She has personally determined to make a change. She founded Yoyot Spq'n'i to meet the indigenous community needs and lift up those that have been scared or harmed by Domestic Violence.

Angel Tomeo - Board Co-Chair

Angel is the Co-founder of Yoyot Spq'n'i and has extensive experience with the criminal justice system, SUD, and domestic violence and is a strong advocate for our homeless and indigenous community. She has a strong heart for her people and the many in need who's needs are not being met.

AnDrea Rose

Dre is our Outreach Coordinator for Yoyot Sp'q'n'i. Her passion for generational healing from Trauma using a cultural wellbriety approach through sound baths and awareness is where she shines.

Kristin Wiles - Board Member & Marketing

Kristin has a heart for the homeless community and the indigenous peoples. She is our Marketing Director and current Board Member. She also holds a full-time position in a community-based family and children centered job. Kristin is a strong advocate and grew through healing from her own Domestic Violence experience.

Megyn Erickson Peer Administration Servicing

Megyn came to Yoyot Sp'q'n'i with a passion to serve as a peer supporter. She has a degree in Psychology and a heart for Mental Health but even more for the people that do not have access to these resources. Megyn continues to grow in her awareness of the Indigenous people and is a proud advocate for our community.

Our Programs

Safe Shelter

This shelter will provide safety for Indigenous families who experience domestic violence and will be culturally accommodating as well as focus on trauma informed healing and provide services such as case management and SUD counseling.

Volunteer Service

We are looking for driven and compassionate volunteers to make a real difference. Join us and see what can be accomplished when you get an impassioned team to focus on change.

Community Connections

Our community is full of people who want to help. We work to help the people providing services with the people who need them. Come connect with people in new ways.

Community Food Bank

Food justice is an important part of community justice. We will take donations of food and use them to fight hunger. Help us connect with donors and with people in need.
